Mr. Manjunath Mandikal (Founder Director): Manjunath Mandikal has been a first-generation entrepreneur for more than a decade, thanks to his familys love for agro-related businesses. He has worked hard over the years to build up an adequate knowledge base in cultivation and post-harvest technology. His core Agro-based network teams, which are experts in plant and processing technology, have aided in his Stevia farming victory. He has over 30 years of professional experience, including 25 years in IT infrastructure design and 17 years as an entrepreneur. He has spent nearly 20 years living outside of India and has created infrastructure for some of the Middle East most iconic and historic buildings. For his contributions to the healthcare industry, he was given an honorary doctorate. He is a member of the Pramathi Education Trust in Mysore Board of trustees. In addition, he serves on the boards of directors of companies such as InfoTrack Technologies and Mandikal Organics. He also has extensive experience in the Middle East designing and implementing integrated ICT infrastructures and ELV Systems integration projects. He graduated from Mysore University with a bachelor degree in electronics and communications engineering and a certificate in strategic planning from the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore, India.

Mr. Ramachandra S Bhat (Head Administration): Mr. Bhat has worked in numerous areas of administration for over three decades, including accounting, stores, logistics, and human resources. He spent almost 15 years working in the Middle East before returning to India. He received his education at Gokhale Centenary College in Ankola, Karnataka. He has worked with companies such as ITDC and GATI in India, as well as reputable companies in Dubai.

Mr. Sivaramakrishnan K V (VP Sales): He earned his masters degree from the University of Mysore and has worked in mature and start-up organisations in the areas of office automation, telecommunications, financial services, transportation, IT services, and learning and development. He has a background in corporate client relations, sales operations, direct sales, corporate sales, and channel sales, with over 25 years of expertise. He enjoys cooking and badminton in addition to meeting new people.

Dr. Bhawya D (Head Research & Development): She contributes her experience in creating and developing various Stevia-based goods and uses. She has a Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Mysore and has worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the prominent Defence Food Research Laboratory (DFRL) in Mysore, which is run by the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO). She has worked as an Assistant Manager (Ops) for a major corporation and has lectured for a brief time.

Mr. Anil Kumar JJ (Head Production): He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Visveshvaraya Technological University Siddaganga Institute of Technology (SIT) and has over six years of experience in all aspects of chemical/solvent production, planning, control, and optimization in the fertiliser, food, and pharmaceutical industries. He had a track record of optimising resources, maximising capacity, improving operational efficiency, and streamlining procedures.

Mr. Chand Das: Chand co-founded ITCs Education & Stationery Products Business and led the companys statewide development to become the sectors largest and fastest-growing competitor in India. In this capacity, I oversaw a 350-person organisation for fifteen years. Prior to that, he was Vice President Customer Care at ITC, Indias leading provider of FMCG packaging solutions, where he was responsible for marketing, sales, exports, and new product development across numerous categories and locations. He has over 35 years of professional experience in India, where he has built, run, and scaled B2B and B2C enterprises. He is now an active angel investor, a mentor for social enterprise incubators, a CEO-coach, and a member of Pan IIT Alumni Indias Executive Committee. He graduated from IIM Bangalore with an MBA and IIT Kanpur with an engineering degree.

Bharathi Ramesh: Bharathi Ramesh is a renowned pharma professional with more than three decades of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Technical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Medico-Regulatory Affairs, and Compliances with companies such as Strides Arcolab, Micro Labs, Dr. Reddys, Orchid, Ranbaxy and Plethico Pharma. She has passed audits from the UKMHRA, USFDA, EU/ANVISA, MOH ROW, MARKETS, MCC, TGA, EU Nations, GCC, countries, CIS countries, Africa, and ASEAN countries. She has also conducted over fifty vendor audits, focusing on general cGMP systems, as well as assessments of specific facilities for quality systems and cGMP rules, procedures, and policies. Directive 2003/94/EC, Directive 2001/83/EC as modified, MHRA Guidance, ICHQ7, Q8, Q9, Q1, Q4, Q5, Q6 requirements, USFDA requirements, nation specific requirements, and project specific requirements are all compliance reference documents. As a Certified ISO auditor, he has garnered numerous prizes and accolades, including the MahilyaJyothi Awards in 2012 and the Indira Priyadarshani Award in 2016. Shashidhar K C: Shri K C Shashidhar is a Development Economist by profession who joined the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in 1981 as a Direct Recruit Grade B and ascended through the ranks of the RBIs Exchange Control Department to become the Chief General Manager of NABARD. He has also served on the boards of several banks and on government committees. He has more than 35 years of expertise in agricultural and rural development project management. Prof. K.C. Shashidhar is a Professor at Mumbais prominent Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, where he teaches, among other things, Management of Innovative Projects, Banking and Finance Public Policies, and other related disciplines. Mentoring businesses in the management of training, planning, and implementing new initiatives in the development sectors of the economy is currently his professional area of interest. He has aided many entrepreneurs in launching successful businesses around the country.

Rajeev Bajpai: Rajeev is a Thinker, Serial Entrepreneur, Leader, and Angel Investor with over three decades of management consulting and leadership expertise developing enterprise content management solutions for Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, and Regulatory Environments around the world. Helped companies use processes, procedures, and technology to meet regulatory and compliance requirements, particularly in the areas of quality and manufacturing, research and development, and records management/archiving. He is currently situated in the Greater Philadelphia Area, having worked for various multinationals, partnered with enterprises, and successfully exited a few of start-ups in the United States. He graduated from IIT Khargagpur with a degree in engineering.

Madhusudhan Rao H: Madhusudhan Rao is a senior finance, accounting, and operations executive with over 20 years of experience focusing on existing business expansion, new business / project investment, and short-term cash optimization while communicating vision and building relationships with all levels of the organisation, customers, and vendors. He is currently Group Director Finance with ECM Agri Limited, a sister company of EC Mining Limited in Kitwe, Zambia, which is involved in mining supplies to agriculture. He has worked in numerous countries.
